What are your favourite seaweed dish recipes?

I've made some excellent Japanese dishes using nori bought in supermarkets; various Japanese soups for instance and sushi. Have you got any interesting seaweed recipes from other cuisines, like Ireland or Iceland? I'm especially interested in recipes using seaweed found around the coast of NZ where I live, such as kelp.What are your favourite seaweed dish recipes?
You've probably done this already since you've made Japanese dishes before, but since you mentioned kelp, you can use it in making your own dashi stock, for soups or other dishes - not quite a recipe on it's own, and not non-Japanese, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
