I need some kinda simple but good main dish recipes please?

I'm cooking dinner for my boyfriend. All I know is that I'm making stuffed mushrooms for a side..so something to go with that.I need some kinda simple but good main dish recipes please?
This recipe is easy, tasty and simple: http://chewonthatblog.com/2008/11/17/fre鈥?/a>

The chicken comes out moist and flavorful. Enjoy!I need some kinda simple but good main dish recipes please?
Stuffed mushrooms evoke images of a grilled, juicy rare porterhouse or ribeye, with herb butter melting over it (soften butter, thoroughly mix in chopped herbs to taste, roll into 50-cent peice sized logs in saran wrap, freeze, and cut off medallions as needed). Traditional baked potatoes (500 degree oven preheated, scrub and dry potates, put directly on rack for 30 minutes, skewer once longwise and turn over, cook 20 - 30 more minutes) topped with sour cream and fresh chives and freshly ground black pepper. Tender-crisp baby asparagus (3 - 5 minutes in a steamer) in melted butter with freshly squeezed lemon juice and a dash of white pepper and fresh dill. That's one of my favorite easy dinners.
Depends on what you have on hand....I like to go to the Taste of Home web site for idea's

Lemon Pepper Steak

Some days I have little time to make a hearty meal for my ';meat-and-potatoes'; family. That's why I appreciate this juicy peppery steak. It has a down-home taste and requires no more than minutes to put together!

Ingredients:

4 T-bone or New York strip steaks (1 inch thick)

Lemon-pepper seasoning to taste

Directions:

Sprinkle steaks with lemon pepper. Broil in a preheated broiler 3-4 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes per side or until the steaks reach desired doneness. Yield: 4 servings

Sesame Beef

Ingredients:

1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1/8-inch strips

2 tablespoons Domino庐 or C%26amp;H庐 Granulated Pure Cane Sugar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3 green onions, thinly sliced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Rice or chow mein noodles

Directions:

Place beef in a glass bowl. Combine sugar, 2 tablespoons oil, soy sauce, pepper, onions, garlic and sesame seeds. Pour over beef and toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. In skillet or wok, heat remaining oil over high heat; add beef and marinade. Stir-fry until beef is brown and has reached desired doneness. Serve immediately over rice or noodles. Yield: 4 servings.
Ravioli would go well with stuffed mushrooms. There are a bunch of good ones available in the markets (frozen or fresh). Pick up your favorite sauce as well.

If your stuffed mushrooms are meaty, just the ravioli and sauce should do. If the mushrooms are meatless, you might want to pick up a couple if italian sausages and cook them to serve with the ravioli.

A green salad will finish it off
Well all guys love steak and potatoes! Or you could do glazed chicken breasts and rice pilaf, or hamburgers. I would probably go for the steak though, a nice cut like a filet mignon or new york strip if you can afford it. Or if you don't want steak, how about a beef tenderloin or a nice roast? Hope that helped!
