I'm going to be hosting a dinner party and it's going to be buffet style. The food will probably end up sitting on the counter for about 3 hours. What are some good dishes that can be served at room temperature? I know I can put hot dishes in a chafing dish or crockpot but the more room temp dishes I can think of, the easier it'll be to set it out and then not worry about it.
